S&W Booking Services explained
Thank you for your interest in our booking services. [ps] promotion, the company behind "SONGS &
WHISPERS" promoted more than 4000 shows with several hundred artists across Europe since 2009.
The brand „SONGS&WHISPERS“ is known not only for its wide range of services but also its networking character. Based on the experience we made throughout the years as a label, publisher,
publicist, promoter, booking agent, production company and recording studio there are several terms, that need to be settled in order to work successfully. So please take your time and read this
carefully.
Please note that all the information provided below does apply for third parties and external customers only. "SONGS & WHISPERS" - LABEL artists do have access to our infrastructure and
services based on completly different agreements of course. Many of the services are free of charge for them or available based on discounted prices whenever possible. This happens in exchange
for the worldwide exclusive licensing and publishing rights "S&W" - ARTISTS do provide us with in order to promote their music and career based on a longterm partnership. We are working based
on ten (10) year master licensing and publishing agreements for at least one (1) album with one (1) option for the next album. All rights are granted worldwide exclusive covering all formats and
platforms to "S&W". Please get in touch if you are interested in details.
The goal is to organize shows in Europe within the timeframe provided by the artist

[ps] is providing a tour book with performance details based on the performance agreements above

Living rooms, bars, restaurants, churches, galleries, regular music venues, clubs, festivals and more.
Venue capacity
Ranges from small places with 20 people to festivals with 3000 visitors upwards.
REVENUE STREAMS
ARTIST REVENUE
Due to the wide range of venues, we are having different artists deals in place with them. Most of our shows are TIP/HAT based, meaning you as an artist can collect donations on location. Some shows offer FIXED FEES, DOOR DEALS, BAR DEALS or a combination of them. The deals in each venue are not negotiable. However, before you are bindingly booked for a show, you will get the deal details for the offered shows.
The artist revenue is depending on factors such as profile of the artists, draw and many more. The regular revenue corridor ranges from € 50 - 200,-+ / shows and more depending on those factors
SONGS & WHISPERS" REVENUE
Please understand that we are a company which is employing people and need to make adequate profit to at least ensure our quality standards. Therefore we charge money for our booking services in order to work sustainable!
Service fee
The SERVICE FEE is a non-profit-based fee and charged per day. This fee is charged for the previous effort we make booking your performances. The SERVICE FEE is € 25 net / per day. This charge only applis to indiviual bookings and is not charged if you book one of our touring offers.
The Service fee does include a number of services, next to the communication between us and the venue, providing you with a tour book, we provide PR services. We will be communicating the show with relevant media in the area, but also on a national level with special interest magazines, assocoations and alike.
If you did book individual shows with us via gigmit, backstagepro or alike, we need to charge a SERVICE FEE.
Booking fee
The BOOKING FEE is a profit-based fee, for successfully placed bookings. It is based on the booking status you have with us. If you book individuals shows, tour with us, or are a label artists, the booking fee might change. For non label artists, this fee is normally 25% but can differ.
